Jinzhou Yuancheng Bio-chem Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jinzhou Yuancheng”), originally under GBT Group, was established in 2003. The Group acquired 100% interests in Jinzhou Yuancheng from GBT Group in 2008, making Jinzhou Yuancheng a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. Jinzhou Yuancheng was engaged in the production and sale of corn starch and other corn refined products with corn processing capacity of 600,000 mtpa. This ensures a stable supply of raw material for the Group.
